Eligible XRP holders can claim RLUSD

For years, the story of Ripple was defined by a legal battle. But as today, that chapter is officially closed — and a much more ambitious one has begun. While much of the industry waited for regulatory permission, Ripple was building the infrastructure for the future of money. Today, that infrastructure is live, scaling globally, and moving from theory into the core of financial operations.

Bringing Digital Assets Into the Office of the CFO

This week marks a watershed moment. With the general availability launch of Digital Asset Accounts and Unified Treasury within the Ripple Treasury platform, Ripple has introduced native digital asset capabilities directly into the Office of the CFO. Built on the strategic acquisition of GTreasury, the platform enables enterprises to manage fiat and digital liquidity — including XRP and Ripple USD (RLUSD) — from a single, unified interface.

For the first time, digital assets can be integrated into treasury workflows with the visibility, control, and operational discipline finance teams expect from traditional cash management systems.

RLUSD Reaches a Defining Milestone

That milestone arrives alongside another powerful signal: RLUSD, Ripple's enterprise-grade stablecoin, has officially surpassed a $1.5 billion market capitalization. This is more than a market achievement. It is evidence that a regulated stablecoin can evolve beyond speculation and become real financial infrastructure.

From Braza Bank in Brazil to SBI Holdings in Japan, major institutions are no longer simply testing blockchain rails — they are using Ripple-powered infrastructure to support daily treasury operations, settlement flows, and liquidity management.

Global Adoption Is Accelerating

The scale of this shift is becoming impossible to ignore. Ripple Treasury now serves a network associated with more than $13 trillion in annual volume, while XRP continues to expand into major global access points, including mainstream integrations in Japan. Across Latin America, Asia, the United States, and emerging financial hubs such as Dubai, the XRP Ledger is increasingly positioned as a foundation for faster, more programmable movement of value.

The industry has moved beyond pilots and proof-of-concept. The Utility Era is here.

A Community-Focused RLUSD Distribution

As Ripple enters this next phase of institutional adoption, it has not lost sight of the community that stood with it through the most difficult years. To mark this milestone and recognize the resilience of XRP holders worldwide, Ripple is launching a community-focused distribution of RLUSD for eligible self-custody wallet holders.

Eligible participants can now claim RLUSD equal to 15% of their XRP balance. Ripple has allocated 5 million tokens to the initiative. The distribution recognizes the XRP community's role in this journey and offers eligible holders a direct way to participate in Ripple's next chapter.
